孙政才：今年夏季粮油丰收已成定局

从农业部获悉：截至6月21日，全国已收获小麦3.1亿亩，超过夏收面积九成；其中机收面积超过2.58亿亩；油菜收获已经完成。农业部预计夏粮总产超过 2400亿斤，增产50亿斤以上，实现连续5年增产；油菜总产1185万吨，增产40多万吨，扭转了连续3年下滑的局面，今年夏季粮油丰收已成定局。

农业部部长孙政才22日表示，今年夏粮丰收是在上年基数较高、自然灾害和重大病虫害多发、频发、重发的情况下实现的，最关键的是中央强农惠农政策和各级农业部门的扎实组织、服务有力，调动了亿万农民的种粮积极性。

据孙政才介绍，今年国家各项强农惠农政策力度不断加大，粮食直补、良种补贴、农机具购置补贴、农资综合补贴等“四补贴”规模达到1028.63亿元，比上年增长85％。

各级农业部门大力推广小麦晚播技术，有效防止了冬前旺长，为抵御冰雪灾害奠定了基础，特别是冰雪灾害后，切实加强田间管理，有力地挽回了灾害损失。

据农业部统计，今年全国共投入麦收的联合收割机超过42万台，其中参加跨区机收有27万台，均比去年增加2万台，实现了快打快收，颗粒归仓。

孙政才同时指出，尽管夏粮获得了丰收，但全年粮食生产的大头在秋粮。目前影响秋粮生产的不利因素明显增多，洪涝、干旱、台风等自然灾害偏重发生，重大病虫害呈重发态势，农资价格高位持续攀升，种粮比较效益下降，夺取全年粮食丰收还需付出更加艰苦的努力。(记者 刘佳)
